Known issues and quick fixes
⚠️Pokémon sprites are not loading
Check that your ad blocker is not filtering play.pokemonshowdown.com or raw.githubusercontent.com. Those domains host the sprites.
⚠️My Box is empty after reloading
The Box lives in your browser's localStorage. In private/incognito browsing, data is wiped when the window closes. In normal browsing, it persists indefinitely — unless you clear site data.
⚠️A format or month is missing data
Either Smogon has not yet published the corresponding stats, or they have not yet been ingested by Pokékipe (24–48h delay after Smogon publication). Try again the next day.
⚠️A move or item is displayed without spaces
Known cosmetic issue. If a move appears as "FireBlast" instead of "Fire Blast", switch formats and switch back to force a fresh fetch.
⚠️The Team Builder can't find a Pokémon
Team Builder suggestions come from the selected format's usage data. Pokémon with under ~0.5% usage in the format may not appear. Try a lower ELO bracket or a broader format.
⚠️Replay Analyzer fails to load a replay
Make sure the URL is a public replay on replay.pokemonshowdown.com. Private replays, expired replays, or replays from custom servers are not supported.

Report a bug
How do I report a bug?
The fastest way to report a bug or a data anomaly is our Discord server. There is a dedicated #bug-reports channel where the team and the community triage issues, and reactions let us prioritise the common ones. Discord.
Please include as much information as possible: your browser and OS, the exact URL, the format and Pokémon involved (if applicable) and the steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
How do I delete my account?
Create an account — Go to the account page, Danger Zone section. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Locally stored Box data is not affected — it lives in your browser, not on our servers.
Is my data saved?
The Box and user preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. This means:
- They persist between sessions in normal browsing.
- They are wiped in private/incognito browsing when the window closes.
- They are not yet synced across devices (this is planned for a future update).
- They are cleared if you manually clear site data.
